 Greetings
Friends:I, have been serving as a Seventh-day Adventist pastor for the past twenty six (26) years. Born in Jamaica, West Indies of christian parents, I was the product of SDA education from Elementary school to Graduate school. I am a graduate of May Pen High School (1976), West Indies College (1980), SDA Theological Seminary, Andrews University (1988) and Drew University (2005) with a DMin, with emphasis in Pastoral Care and Counseling. Inspite of all these accomplishments, I consider it the greatest honor to serve the Lord through serving people. I have a passion for the church of God to move from being status quo to being a force and movement for God in the local community and the world. I believe that this can be accomplished only when the people of God are empowered, equipped, encouraged and energized by spirit filled leadership. This is the kind of leadership I aim to provide for the Sharon SDA Church. I, believe that the Church exists to: Glorify God through dynamic, spirit filled worship; Evangelize the lost through the preaching and teaching of the Word. Nurture its members through discipleship, fellowship and small group ministries; and to serve the community through compassionate caring. This, I believe, is the vision that the Lord has given to me for the Sharon SDA Church. I, am married to the former Charmin Grant, we have two sons, CJ (a junior in High School) and Charis (soon to graduate from 8th grade).
